Artusi is a modular kitchen emphasizing precision and moldable design.  Conceived as the most flexible of professional designer kitchens, Artusi’s modular kitchen elements allow pure design freedom, with “free-standing” elements — independent, rational, multi-purpose working units — that allow any homeowner to have a designer kitchen completely crafted to accommodate their personal needs.  Cooking and washing elements, open-shelf units, technical units, mobile trolleys, preparation counters and tables are among the components of this custom Italian kitchen.  Stainless steel defines Artusi, and is a flexible, hygienic, and indestructible material that is a kitchen requirement for discerning chefs.

Every detail of this modular Italian kitchen is treated with special care: the 4 cm thick steel doors are silent and lightweight, handles are integrated, feet are long so as to facilitate cleaning and enable comfortable posture for the cook and helpers.  Practicality, ergonomics and balance of design make Artusi an essential designer kitchen that may be interpreted and personalized at will.  Kitchen design emphasizing freedom of composition and the elegant combination of steel and teak distinguishes Artusi.  Although a fully modular kitchen, its specific functions—dining, working, and storage—are helpfully divided.  The pantry is perpendicular to the working area and is partly hidden from the table (80 x 240 cm). The stainless steel shelving features lowered inner profiles (90 x 45 x H 141 cm).  The compact, complete island (180 x 105 x H 99 cm) dominates the center of the room.  Two sliding, polyethylene chopping boards provide worktops on both the preparation side as well as on the side fitted with the sink and professional hob with flush cast iron pan supports. Behind the island is a 2 cm thick worktop (320 cm x 70 cm deep) with drip guard and stainless steel side panels and die-stamped single bowl sink. A 90 cm oven rests on the worktop.  The teak doors exhibit horizontal veining and tubular steel handles.
